Inaugural Blog
I’m very excited to be blogging on our new web site! I’ve been waiting for this day! Now that Christmas Day is sadly behind us, I have found a few moments to start the blog. I love the excitement, preparation, anticipation, and pure joy of the Holiday season. I plan to enjoy every day my kids are home from school. We have lots of activities planned throughout the week. I’m also working on putting together another “Mommy Camp”. I recently decorated a Birthday tree for the CJWC’s Festival Of The Trees. My Birthday tree was auctioned off to raise money for local charities. It was hard to let the tree go as I imagined it being put out on display each time a Birthday was celebrated. I wish I would have made 2 right away so I could have one. I enjoy decorating trees for Christmas time, why not have a Birthday Tree to be used any time of the year? This is the inspiration for a January Mommy Camp. Look for information going out regarding the designing and decorating of a Birthday Tree for your home.
My plan is to blog several times a week-hopefully with pertinent information regarding Glaze and the community, but most likely just random thoughts and ideas floating around the studio and in my head. I am looking forward to hearing back from you as well. Share what’s on your mind. It’s all good.

That sounds like fun…I was just thinking about decorating a tree for Valentines Day:-) but a Birthday tree would be really fun! I love Birthdays:-) in fact i think i may just keep a little tree up all year and decorate for the season/holiday…thanks for the great idea!
by the way the grandma’s loved their new bird houses the boys made them for Christmas and they are so excited to see what they make next!
